Care work is heart work -
and it often goes unseen.
Whether you support others through healthcare, community work, education, spiritual care, or peer support, the emotional weight of holding space can accumulate quietly over time. This is a place for you.
Reflective practice offers a confidential, grounding space to pause, process, and reconnect with what matters most in your work. Rooted in trauma-
informed care, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic principles, these sessions are designed to support your nervous system, your values, and your voice.
Reflective practice is not therapy or clinical supervision. It's a space to be held — so you can continue holding others without losing yourself in the process.
Reflective Practice (Individual) | $110/Session
For helping professionals, space to reflect is often missing. These one-on-one virtual sessions offer a supportive, confidential space to explore the emotional and weight of care work.
