My Approach

To ensure each person receives focused, high-quality care, I intentionally maintain a limited caseload. This allows me to be fully present and responsive to every client. 

I believe therapy works best when it honours your full humanity — your emotions, your body, your stories, your relationships, and your hopes. My practice integrates a range of trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches to meet you where you are and support you in the ways that feel most helpful.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Helps you relate to thoughts and feelings with openness, focus on what truly matters, and take steps aligned with your values.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Supports connection with different “parts” of yourself, fostering inner compassion, healing, and integration.

Somatic Therapy
Focuses on the body-mind connection, using movement, breath, and awareness to process and release stored stress or trauma.

Polyvagal-Informed Practice
Attunes to your nervous system, helping you understand patterns of safety, connection, and activation; cultivates self-regulation.

Existential Therapy
Explores meaning, purpose, loss, and life transitions with depth and honesty.

Mindfulness-Based Interventions
Encourages present-moment awareness and self-compassion.
