Reaching out for therapy can take courage. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or simply sensing that something in your body and life needs attention, I’m glad you’ve found your way here.

I’m a Licensed Counselling Therapist offering trauma-informed, nervous-system-aware psychotherapy. My work is grounded in ACT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), polyvagal-informed, and somatic approaches. I support adults whose nervous systems have learned to stay on high alert — often through trauma, chronic stress or illness, injury, neurodivergence, caregiving, or years of holding responsibility for others.

Many of my clients function well on the outside, yet feel internally braced, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their own sense of ease. Therapy with me offers a steady, thoughtful space to slow down, understand how your system learned to adapt, and gently move from survival patterns toward greater safety, regulation, and steadiness.

Alongside my clinical work, I’ve contributed to research exploring ACT-based teletherapy for care partners. This experience continues to inform my commitment to accessible, evidence-based care that honours both the science and the lived experience of the nervous system.
