Welcome!

Reaching out for therapy can take courage. Whether you’re feeling uncertain, overwhelmed, or simply curious, I’m glad you’ve found your way here. I'm a Licensed Counselling Therapist specializing in trauma-informed, acceptance-based psychotherapy. I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, and somatic therapy. I support care partners (caregivers) and helping professionals with navigating the complexities of caregiving, loss, burnout, identity loss, life-limiting conditions and relationship issues. In addition to my clinical work, I’ve been fortunate to contribute to research exploring ACT-based teletherapy for care partners (caregivers). These collaborations with national research teams helped shape accessible, evidence-based care—something I’m passionate about bringing into the therapeutic space.

I also offer clinical supervision (not for licensing) to fellow therapists and reflective practice for care professionals seeking supportive, values-aligned spaces to deepen their practice.
